To further her knowledge of how she can help to protect and promote human rights through her work, Kirsty recently worked on a 1.5 year maternity cover contract with the Scottish Human Rights Commission as their Communications and Participation Manager (a jobshare role). In this role she also shared the position of deputy chair for the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI) Communications Working Group – gaining a fascinating insight into the communication of human rights globally.
